Request for Proposal for Bids on Asphalt Pavement Project
The Laclede County Commission is requesting bids on an improvement in
the "Whispering Oaks Neighborhood District". The improvement consists
of 1½ inch of hot mix
overlay, 20' in width and covering 833 linear feet over existing
asphalt pavement. All interested bidders should contact the Laclede
County Commission, 200 North Adams, Lebanon, MO 65536, or call
417-532-4897 for additional bid specifications. Deadline to submit a
bid is June 24, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.All
bidders and successful contractors and subcontractors are required to
comply with the State of Missouri's immigration laws as enacted and
revised from time to time, including compliance with certification of
legal employment status of all workers utilized on the public works
project by the contractor and by any subcontractors encompassed by the
bid and the resulting contract after award.
